Meet Your Host:
Paula Lawson is a health and wellness coach and is the founder of Be Happy, Be Bright, Be You. She is passionate about helping women to realise their own self worth. Paula fell in love with hiking and adventure back in 2013 after a week long holiday in the Lake District and has never looked back.
“Hiking has become such a huge part of my life. It’s not only what I do for pleasure and enjoyment but also it helps to keep me grounded and balanced. There is nothing better for the soul than a good walk in mother nature. I can’t imagine life without it”
Paula creates her retreats to offer other women the opportunity to experience the beauty of hiking/walking in a safe and supportive environment. Many women return year upon year to simply take some well needed quality time to reconnect to themselves.
Guests will arrive from 5.30pm onwards on the Friday. Take some time to get yourself settled in to your room and then join us in the lounge for a cuppa and a slice of one of Gemma’s delicious sweet creations.
