When I first met Paula, it wasn’t in her capacity as a health and wellness coach. I just remember being aware of her zest for life and just how positive she could be.
When the opportunity came up to work with her I couldn’t turn it down.
I was struggling in so many areas of my life; weight, relationships, anxiety and I was ready for trying something new.

Just 10 weeks ago I started out on a new adventure to change my life for the better. At 56 years of age and having battled with my weight and numerous health issues for longer than I care to remember I decided to invest in me and my health and sign up to work with Paula in one of her health coaching programs.
Paula is very easy to work with and I have been surprised to find myself telling her things that I have never told anyone before. Each session we would evaluate how things were going and I would leave with just a couple of really simple and achievable goals for the week.
The weight loss has been fantastic but on top of that I have been able to come off several of my medications and my painful cramps have completely cleared up. My doctors are even talking about taking me off all of my diabetes medication in the next few weeks. For the first time ever I feel like I have found something that works.
My relationship with food feels very different now and making healthy choices has become easy rather than feeling forced and done with will power. With Paula’s support and help I also now meditate everyday which is something I would never have imagined myself doing and this has hugely improved improved my stress levels.
All I can say is that anyone who wants to change their life for the better, both mentally and physically should consider signing up for one of Paula’s programs. It is seriously the best investment you will will ever make in yourself.

Attended a work/life balance seminar
I’m a member of the Shotton Hall SCITT and I attended your session this afternoon. I wanted to say thank you so much for the fantastic lecture on work/life balance: it was honestly one of the best sessions we’ve had and truly inspirational. After reaching 66 with high cholesterol levels and a family history of high blood pressure I was faced with the realisation that I was overweight.
My problem was that I love food, especially chocolate and I just couldn’t face the thought of having to give all that up.
But thankfully Paula was able to show me that there was another way and I could still eat amazing food but feel good as well.
Thankfully that included still eating chocolate.
Since working with Paula I have lost over 3 stone in weight, my cholesterol is down and I feel healthier and fitter than I have done in a long time.
Only downside is I have had to buy a whole new wardrobe.
